Kinesiology and personal abilities are the basis of our program design. We teach you how to better maintain your physical health. 

Our personal training program specializes in sports performance and sports rehab

  • Our sports performance with personal training is based on ensuring that the body is moving in balanced movement patterns and that it is getting stronger within correct alignment. Most personal training is based on intensity. We have a set program for each individual. 
  • We use stabilization, strength, balance, core work and isolated movements to improve your body’s performance in any and all activities in which that you love participating. 
  • Our sports rehab program identifies your body’s imbalances of tight and weak muscles that may be inhibiting you from proper alignment and movement patterns. 
  • We specialize in knee, lower back and shoulder injuries to rehabilitate the surrounding muscles of the injured joints along with synergistically improving functional full body movement patterns.
