It took me a long time to figure out how to have a healthy relationship with food that works for me. I kinda always had a love/hate relationship with it. It was my companion when nobody was there. It was a way to enjoy immediately. It still is.
All food is energy. Each food gives you a quality of energy. I help clients have a better relationship with food. First, it is important to know what foods do what for and to the body. As the client learns about macronutrients: fats, proteins and carbohydrates by logging her food, she starts to relate differently to it. The experience of losing weight can be jarring for some.  Changing one’s size is changing one’s identity and how we perceive ourselves and how we think others perceive us. Obstacles like this need to be taken into account when trying to lose weight. Eating better can be as simple as a habit. We can ALL eat better. What is important is what works for you. As you practice new healthy habits, you transform into a lighter, healthier you.

  • Healthy Weight Loss is 1lb per week
  • Typical weight loss is 2-5 pounds in the 1st week of changing one’s diet

  • Set It Off package (our most popular) gets you started on a healthy routine and mindframe. Training once a week allows you to get an idea of what strength training is and how to incorporate the core during workouts. You will be encouraged to exercise 3-4 other times per week in addition to the second talk time of the week. You will receive support to continue and strive for your goals! Continue on with this package based on your fitness goals.

  • One session per week 40 min training 20 min nutrition
  • One session per week 20 min via phone, skype
Headstrong $795
  • The Headstrong package gives you a strong start to achieving faster results. Training two times a week shows you how building muscle mass speeds up your metabolism while cutting fat with cardio throughout the week is encouraged. Get a strong start to your weight loss goals!
  • Meet 2x Per Week  (two sessions per week 40 min training 20 min nutrition)
Online Training + Nutrition $425
  • Online Training allows you to get personalized private training to ensure that you are doing exercises effectively. Visuals and cueing help you tune in and concentrate so that you aren’t wasting your time doing an exercise incorrectly.
