CONDITIONING
All levels. Get a full body workout while improving stamina, endurance and strength. Free weights, kettle bells, battling ropes, plyometrics and muay thai (kickboxing). Mondays/Wednesdays @ 6pm, Fridays @ noon, Sundays @ noon
TACTICAL TRAINING
Hands-on self-defense training. Learn edge weapon retention, aspeton training, locks and holds, gun retention and close quarter skills. This is a one hour class of straight technique. Mondays/Wednesdays 7pm, Sundays 11am
